We are seeking a motivated Senior Software Developer to join our Computational Biology team to develop, maintain, and advance our internal systems, data architecture, and bioinformatics analysis software.

As part of our Computational Biology team, you will be involved in projects which impact all aspects of the organisation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, robust Python code and libraries
• Work with scientists on automation of data generation and analysis
• Work with bioinformatics to improve analysis software and to make data available for downstream R&D work, including machine learning
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation in order to ensure that user requirements are satisfactory.
