The BIA’s charity of the year is Action Medical Research www.action.org.uk the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people.

They have partnered with the official Tour de France Sportive in the UK, L’Etape UK which combines some of the best riding close to London with the romance and excitement of the Tour de France.

AMR are offering free entry for riders and L’Etape looks set to be a very special day – the only sportive in the UK delivered by the Tour de France team. Ride4Rare will be an engaging and attractive way to bring people together as they network from the saddle and we are negotiating finish line arrangement with the site organisers to facilitate a BIA meeting point to bring members together and celebrate their achievement.

There are three professionally designed routes suitable for all abilities ranging from 52 – 161km and the amazing Tour de France Fan Park offering fun for the whole family with cycling legends and food villages.

Venue: Penn House Amersham – 45 minutes from London

Date: 14th July 2019
