Table hosts will be sent a Guest Management form in December to record details of your guests. Guest details should be completed and returned to the BIA no later than Friday 10 January 2014.
Please note: The annual Gala Dinner acts a fundraising evening for a worthwhile cause, and we ask all table hosts to make a donation of £250.00. This amount will be invoiced separately on receipt of your booking and should be paid for by 31 December.
Paying for your table or tickets
Booking your individual tickets via the on line system will allow you to pay by credit/debit card. Please note we cannot accept AMEX cards. Alternatively you can request an invoice which should be paid by 31 December.
To ensure your tickets are issued in time, all tables and tickets should be paid for no later than 31 December 2013.
