Table hosts will be sent a Guest Management form in December to record details of your guests.

Guest details should be completed and returned to the BIA via email to: galadinner@bioindustry.org no later than Monday 10 January 2011.

Please note: All table hosts are requested to make a donation of £250.00 to the BIA chosen charity for the 2011 Gala Dinner. This amount will be invoiced separately on receipt of your booking.

Paying for your table or tickets

Booking your individual tickets via the on line system will allow you to pay by credit/debit card. Please note we cannot accept AMEX cards. Alternatively you can request an invoice which should be paid by 31 December.

All tables and tickets should be paid for no later than 31 December 2010.

Please note: Value Added Tax (VAT) rises on 4 January 2011. All tables and tickets booked in 2010 should be paid for by 31 December. All tables/tickets booked in January will be charged at the new VAT rate of 20%.
